All of our floor plans are 100% customizable, to include placement of your main entrance stairs and escape shaft. You can work with our in-house designer to create your own plan or choose from a pre made plan. Our designer will work with you on getting the most out of your space to maximize use and storage.

We offer signature floor plans that you can choose from, each one designed with temperature control, and internal air filtration to make the living space clean and comfortable. The air systems are set up with our inhouse designed tamper resistant air intake and exhaust system accompanied by a Swiss ANDAIR NBC air filtration system with manual back up blower.
